Residents pay for the services they book and pay a small fee for certain Personal Assistant services.
“My Style” services allow you to customize your apartment to your own personal style. At select Domain properties, our staff will help you do so with design perks such as painting an accent wall in your apartment a color that you select from a palate customized by our interior designer.

We understand that our residents’ needs change. Whether it’s the need for more or less space, a job transfer or just a change of scenery, Domain residents can transfer to another available market rental within our portfolio with just 30 days advance notice.
At Domain, we love to show our appreciation when our residents spread the word about their community. When an existing resident refers and new resident to one of our communities, the existing resident is entitled to a generous rent credit the following month. Furthermore, our unique social networking program allows you to spread the word faster using your existing MySpace, Facebook or other accounts, earning unlimited credits as you make referrals.
